☀️ Prepare your contacts list

First, you need to create a list of Contacts to enrich it. You can create a list with different kinds of data, but some are more powerful.

1️⃣ Prepare the contacts field

Do you have your contacts' LinkedIn URLs? If yes, go directly to part next section "2️⃣ Extract the contacts list".

If you don't have your contacts' LinkedIn URLs, LoneScale can retrieve them. More information we will have from the following, more reliable the results will be: "linkedin_url", "full_name", "first_name", "last_name", "location", "current_position", "company_name"; "email". Some examples:

💡 Tips: LoneScale keeps your custom column. For example, use your CRM_id to easily match your contacts when you update them in your CRM.

☀️ Create a "Contact Tracking" workflow

1️⃣ Let's get started! Click on the + button to add your first workflow!

  • Add a workflow

  • Choose "Contact Tracking"

2️⃣ Choose the contacts you want to enrich

  • Select a list - MANDATORY

    • First, you need to create a list

    • Then, you can choose one or more lists of contacts you want to update

3️⃣ Choose if you want to retrieve the Linkedin URL - OPTIONAL

  • If you check the box "Find the LinkedIn URL (for the contact who do not have one)" -> LoneScale will retrieve the Linkedin URL for contact who doesn't have one and enrich all the contacts

  • If you don't check it, LoneScale will only enrich all the contact with a Linkedin URL

4️⃣ Workflow Settings

  • Choose a name - MANDATORY

    • To identify your workflows easily

  • Set a running periodicity - MANDATORY

    • Choose the number of days you want

    • For example, if you set "30" days, your workflow will run every 30 days

    • You can also create a one-shot workflow ➡ more information about periodicity here

    • You can't choose less than 30 days

  • If you want, you can push the results on a connection (more info here!)

4️⃣ Click on "Save Workflow" and watch the magic happen! ✨
