Where can you see the status of your workflows? What does that mean? What actions can you take? Let me explain!
How many statuses can I find and how can I manage them?
Here are the 4 labels you can find:
☀️ Running, the light green status
Your workflow is currently active: You will receive new Sales Intents during the next run
Read this article if you want more details about periodicity
☀️ In progress, the light green status
Your workflow is currently in progress: You will receive new Sales Intents during the next minutes
☀️ One-shot, the dark green status
Your workflow is a one-shot workflow
It will run once at its creation and will never run again
☀️ Pause, the yellow status
Your workflow is currently stopped and won't receive new Sales Intents
To pause your workflow, click on the "pause" button
If you want to re-start your workflow, press "..." then the start button
☀️ Archive, the grey status
Your workflow is completely stopped and won't be used anymore
You can still see every result you had
⚠️ If you archive your workflow, you won't be able to re-start it later
If you want to archive your workflow:
Press "Pause"
Press "Archive" and Press "Save" in the pop-up confirmation
