Understand your "Workflows" page

The "Account" or "Contact" page are your main working page on LoneScale

1️⃣ Your number of workflows:

  • Here you see your number of created workflows and the number of workflows included in your plan

  • Archived workflows are not counted in the number of workflows

2️⃣ The KPIs of your workflows:

  • Created opportunities = number of opportunities created after a signal was associated with an account or a contact

  • Indirect pipeline = a signal is associated with a contact or a company associated with an opportunity created before the signal is associated

  • Direct pipeline = a signal is associated with a contact or a company associated with an opportunity created after the signal is associated

  • Won deals = a opportunity is won with an associated signal with a contact or a company associated with an opportunity created after the signal is associated

3️⃣ The status of your workflow:

  • There are 4 different statuses: One-shot, Running, Paused, and Archived, discover how they work and how to change them in this article

4️⃣ The statistics for each of your workflow:

  • Here you see the results of your workflow according to specific periods

    • 💡 For a Account "Signals" workflow

      • Account = the number of unique companies in your results (you can have more than 1 signal per company)

      • Job Postings = only the job posting signals matching your filters

      • Contacts = number of decision-maker leads matching your personas fund by lonescale (- if you have not selected this setting)

    • 🔍 For a "Contact" workflow

      • Tracked Contact = number of contacts in your list

      • Enriched Contact = number of contacts fund in the list

      • Company Changed = number of contacts who changed companies in this list

      • Job Changes = number of contacts who changed position in this list

5️⃣ The export of the results:

  • To export your results, click on "..." and then export

6️⃣ Practical information about your workflow:

  • Clicking on the workflow name, you can see:

    • The creation date

    • The last and next run

7️⃣ Edit the settings and the status:
