Understand your "Workflows" page
The "Workflows" page is your main working page on LoneScale, it's important to understand it

Do you want more explanations on the "Workflows" page?

☀️All the essential information on your workflows in one single page

In reference to the screenshot above:

  • 1️⃣ Your number of workflows:

    • Here you see your number of created workflows and the number of workflows included in your plan

    • Archived workflows are not counted in the number of workflows

  • 2️⃣ The workflow type:

    • You can have 3 workflow type:

      • "Lead Generation" workflows

      • "Accounts enrichment" workflows

      • "Contact Tracking" workflows

  • 3️⃣ The status of your workflow:

    • There are 4 different status: One-shot, Running, Paused and Archived, discover how they work and how to change them in this article

  • 4️⃣ & 5️⃣ The statistics of your workflow:

    • Here you see the results of your workflow according to specific periods

      • 💡 For a "Lead Generation" workflow

        • You have 4 periods: Total, Last Month, Last week, Current week

        • All Sales Intent = all the job offers fetched for your workflow

        • Matched Sales Intent = only the job offers matching your filters

        • Unique Companies = the number of unique companies in your results (you can have more than 1 job per company)

        • Decision-Makers = number of people fetched (N/A if you have not selected this setting)

          • For example, in the screenshot you can see that the workflow has fetched 214 job offers, 124 matches all the criteria, these 124 job offers are in 86 unique companies, and there are 18 decision-makers

      • 🎯 For an "Accounts enrichment" workflow

        • You have only one period: Total

        • Enriched Accounts = number of enriched companies

        • Unmatched Accounts = number of companies that LoneScale has failed to enrich

        • Decision-Makers = number of people fetched (N/A if you have not selected this setting)

      • 🔍 For a "Contact Tracking" workflow

        • You have only one period: Total

        • Total Contact = number of contacts in your list

        • Matched Contact = number of enriched contact in this list

        • Changed Current Company = number of contacts who changed companies in this list

        • Changed Current Position = number of contacts who changed job in this list

  • 6️⃣ The export of the results:

    • To export your results, don't forget to choose the period and the type of results you want (All results or only Matched results)

    • You can't export an Archived workflow

  • 7️⃣ Practical information about your workflow:

    • Here you can see:

      • The creation date

      • The last and next run

      • The number of reserved queries
