Contact and Company Audiences

I need to act on contacts and accounts using context and signals without manual filtering, visualization, or data orchestration.

Updated yesterday

Many teams struggle to activate their data effectively. Working only in Excel or pushing data directly to a CRM limits your ability to filter, visualize, and take precise actions. This makes onboarding, enrichment, and orchestration harder, and risks missing key signals for engagement or qualification.

With LoneScale’s Explore view, you can now interact with your contact and account data in real-time, apply advanced filters, and trigger actions directly.

Key benefits

  • Qualify, disqualify, enrich, or push to CRM based on real-time contact, account, and signal context

  • Easily identify new opportunities and optimize onboarding and orchestration processes

  • Filter across multiple objects like contacts, accounts, signals, AI agent results, or CRM data in one unified view

  • Build custom audiences and take actions directly from Lonescale

How it works

Step 1: Explore your data

Use the Explore tab to view all your contacts and accounts across workflows, imported lists, or CRM data.

You can:

  • Apply filters across contacts, companies, signals, AI agent outputs, and CRM fields

  • Customize columns to focus on the data points you need

  • Search and sort by any field, including the latest signals like new hires or job changes

Step 2: Take direct actions from the view

From any filtered view, you can:

  • Push selected contacts or accounts to your CRM using your default sync settings

  • Trigger enrichment for emails, phone numbers, or LinkedIn information

  • Run AI agents to add insights such as company B2B/B2C type, hiring signals, or technology stack

  • Sync results back to your CRM

Step 3: Manage audiences

You can create and manage custom audiences by:

  • Saving any filtered view as an audience

  • Adding contacts or accounts to existing audiences

  • Importing lists from CSV, Salesforce reports, or HubSpot lists, and combining them into audiences

  • Using audiences as filters in the Explore view to track, engage, or trigger actions

Step 4: Use the detailed insights panel [to come]

For any contact or account, click to see the detailed panel, where you can:

  • View all signals over time

  • See colleagues from the same account

  • Log activities or sync back to your CRM
