Oh hey LoneScaler! 👋
"Lists" are central in LoneScale: you can import an Account or a Contact list and then use it in a workflow 🚀 !
There are 2 kinds of lists with specific usages:
Accounts lists -> in this article
Contact lists -> read this article
☀️ Few examples of what you can do with a List of Account
Enrich a list of prospects
create a list of your customers from your CRM
create an "Account Enrichment" workflow with this list
receive enriched companies
Exclude your customers of your Sales Intents
create a list of your customers from your CRM
create a "Job Signals Accounts" workflow excluding this list
don't receive Buying Intents for those companies
Receive Buying Intents from prospects
create a list of companies you are looking for
create a "Lead Generation" workflow with this list
receive Buying Intents for those companies and up to date data to personalize your touchpoints
To begin with, you can do this action via our public API 🚀 ! If you choose to do it manually, please follow these steps
☀️ Create a CSV of Accounts in order to import it in LoneScale
You can export the Data from any endpoint you want: for example your CRM or another tool with customer data
Create a CSV with this Data
Your file must contain:
a column named "domain" (filled with the domains of the companies)
AND/OR a "name" and a "location" columns (filled with the names and locations of the companies)
Your file must contain 6 columns maximum, so you can add more columns to your CSV for example, you can add an ID of companies. In this way, you have a unique and personalized identifier that you will find in your results
Example of a CVS:

☀️ What to do with a company list?
Well done you have imported a company list, now you can:
➡️ When you create a "Lead Generation" workflow:
Include it in a workflow to fetch job offers only for these companies
Exclude it in a workflow to exclude job offers matching these companies
➡️ When you create an "Accounts enrichment" workflow:
Include a list to enrich the companies
➡️ Quick actions directly from "Lists" page:
You can do all these actions directly after your import
➡️ "Lists" page:
Download it if you need to check it
Delete it if you don't need this list or if you have reached your maximum number of lists (you cannot delete a list that is used on a workflow)
