Description: Keep track of your personas joining ICP accounts when they have job changes
Input: Job titles and account criteria or target account lists.

1️⃣ Create or/and select your personas
To capture new hires, you need to select the job titles you want to track.
2️⃣ Scope your new hire search
Select the person’s continent and define the maximum number of months in their new job or current position.
3️⃣ Select one/several ICP account filters to define which companies you want to target.
4️⃣ Optional - Add enrichment of phone numbers and/or emails
You can create a waterfall enrichment by adding one or multiple providers to enrich emails and/or phone numbers.
5️⃣ Select the integration(s) you want to push data to
You can select one or multiple integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Webhook, etc.) depending on where you want the data to go.
6️⃣ Enter your workflow settings
Name your workflow
Set a tracking frequency -
MANDATORY
One shot -> will run only one time (more information about periodicity here)
Run every -> If you define X days, your contacts will be tracked every X days in real time.
7️⃣ Click on "Save Workflow" and watch the magic happen! ✨
