Updated over a year ago

Oh hey LoneScaler! 👋

You want to connect your CRM or any other tools with LoneScale but don't know how? I'm here! Let me walk you through each step ⬇

1️⃣ Create a new zap

Create a new zap on zapier.com :

  • Choose "Webhooks by Zapier

  • Trigger Event: "Catch Hook"

  • Click on "Continue"

☀️ Copy your "Custom Webhook URL"

2️⃣ Set your Webhook URL on LoneScale

  • Go to LoneScale App and log in

  • Click on "your picture" at the right top of your screen and select "Profile"

  • Paste your "Webhook URL" in the field "URL connection"

  • Push the "Add" button

3️⃣ Send a test to your Webhook to map your fields on Zapier

  • Send a test on the webhook by clicking on:

    • The light picto for a test payload of a "Lead Generation" workflow (in orange on the screenshot below)

    • The target picto for a test payload of a "Accounts Enrichment" workflow (in green on the screenshot below)

  • With these tests, you have the maximum possible payload

4️⃣ Build your CRM flow on Zapier

☀️ Test the trigger

  • Go back to zapier.com and click on "Continue"

  • Then click on "Test trigger"

  • If you had previously send a test, you will have something like this ⬇

☀️ Map the fields

  • Here, you can check every information sent by LoneScale in the payload. You'll be able to map every one of these fields with your CRM' fields.

  • Just click on "Continue" to begin building your CRM' flow

  • You should see this screen ⬇

☀️ Select the integration that suits your needs

5️⃣ Activate your "Webhook connection"

  • Click on the toggle in the column "Actions". If it's blue, it's on!
