Receive real-time notifications from LoneScale directly in Slack. These can include:
• Operational notifications (e.g., workflow status updates, synchronization errors, etc)
• Intent-based notifications (e.g., job changes, new hires, and more)
1. How to Configure the Integration
A. Connect Slack to LoneScale
Navigate to Integrations > Slack and connect your Slack account.
🚨 If you’re on a team plan, you must be a LoneScale admin to enable slack connection.
⚠️ Push Notifications to a Private Channel
To send notifications to a private Slack channel, simply tag the LoneScale app in the channel after connecting your workspace.
B. Operational Notifications
Choose to enable operational notifications and select the Slack channel where they should be pushed.
C. Custom Alerts:
You and other LoneScale users on your plan can create notifications in Settings > Notifications.
Enable Slack notifications within Workflow Settings and select the notifications you want to receive
2. How Notifications Work
Once configured, LoneScale will automatically push Slack messages when workflows detect relevant intent matches. The messages will appear in the designated Slack channel with the selected fields displayed.
