To use LoneScale like a pro, we advise you to read:
#1 -> the integration guide (= this article)
1️⃣ Go to your Salesforce or HubSpot settings
2️⃣ Select your contacts' LinkedIn url property
3️⃣ Select the property to update when a contact is not enriched.
To manage contacts in lists or reports, create properties in your CRM on the contact or lead object.
Use a picklist or a dropdown with the following options: Enrich, Done, NotFound.
Recommended properties include:
• Enrich Email
• Enrich Phone
• Enrich LinkedIn Info
You can then configure LoneScale to automatically set the property to NotFound when enrichment fails.
4️⃣ Activate the update contact option using the toggle button.[Mandatory]
💡 Pro tip: Click on pre-fill Default Settings or Advanced Settings to automatically map fields following best practice recommendations.
5️⃣ Map your Salesforce fields with LoneScale fields
👉 Enrich your Salesforce and/or HubSpot contacts with the data of LoneScale
Then you just have to choose the Salesforce field you want to update, the action to do ("Replace" OR "Completed only if it's empty"), and the LoneScale field with which one to do this action
You can add as many actions as you want to click on the "+" button

💡Pro tips
Use the “Pre-fill Default Settings” button to automatically map the recommended basic common settings for Salesforce.
6️⃣ Optional - Update company information.
When enriching contacts with LoneScale, you can also update company information. This option is not available if you only run email and phone enrichment.
You will receive complete company data including basic details, tech stack, and team headcount's.
